A couple of days ago, a girl I have never met before messaged me a heartfelt paragraph about how she liked my writing and how it inspired her. Thinking back I thought, wow, pure and kind people do still exist. I felt proud of playing a part, no matter how little, of inspiring and motivating someone. She also said something so touching, which was “I made a promise to myself to tell people they did a great job in whatever they were doing when I see it, some people just don’t, but I realized it makes others happy.” It stuck with me. She was absolutely right. Why not say something kind that will make someone’s day. Why not congratulate someone with a well done when he/she deserves it. A kind word is the easiest thing anyone can do turn someone’s frown upside down, to make him feel appreciated and acknowledged. “If you have nothing good to say, then don’t say anything at all”. Be careful and cautious of every word that leaves your mouth, you never know how deeply a word can hurt someone. Think twice about every word before saying it, so you can avoid blurting out hurtful words that you don’t mean, and end up hurting the ones you love. Kindness makes us beautiful, it makes us connect with others, feel them, feel their happiness and their sorrows. If someone is kind than he/she instantly appear beautiful. Beauty is in kindness. Imagine that just a few kind words or even the littlest grin can make someones day…so why not do it? A kind heart is worth a million pretty faces. A kind heart is compassionate, thoughtful, merciful and pure. It is the strongest weapon anyone can have and use. Kill them with kindness and burry them with a smile.
“Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates. At the first gate ask yourself ‘Is it true?’
