Tears💚

“People cry, not because they’re weak. It’s because they’ve been strong for too long.” -Johnny Depp
Crying is the only way your eyes can speak when your mouth can’t explain how things made your heart broken. No one likes to cry, and definitely not in front of others because no one wants to show their vulnerable side. We always tend to keep a hard shell on in order not to get hurt. Many think that it is weak to show the soft spot and the sensitivity we all have, but that’s just absurd! God created us with feelings, emotions, strengths and weaknesses. The strong aren’t those who hide their emotions and run away from their weaknesses, they are those who accept both their weaknesses and their strengths and express their feelings, both the negative and the positive. Wear your heart on your sleeve. You are strong, you are capable and you are powerful. Shedding a few tears will not prove otherwise. But tears are normal, acceptable and necessary for being at peace and getting your worries of your chest. It is sometimes necessary to turn your anger and rage into tears in order to cool off and calm down. Also please be kind because you never know what others are going through and the hardships they are facing. Think twice about what you say before you say it since words cut deeper than knifes. They can be forgiven but not forgotten. Sometimes crying is the only way to feel better so its okay to cry when you’re in pain. Tears are prayers that travel to God when we can’t speak. “Heavy hearts, like heavy clouds in the sky, are best relieved by the letting of a little water.”
